Vaccination Policy

 For Puppies 9-12 weeks: 

• Distemper/Parvo/Parainfluenza combo 
• Bordetella aka Kennel Cough (you will need to ask your vet for a Bordetella shot – most do not include it in their usual round of shots and we do require it.)

For puppies 12 -15 weeks: 

• Distemper/Parvo/Parainfluenza combo 
• Bordetella, aka Kennel Cough (you will need to ask your vet for a Bordetella shot – most do not include it in their usual round of shots and we do require it.)

For dogs 16 weeks and older: 

• Distemper/Parvo/Parainfluenza combo 
• Rabies 
• Bordetella, aka Kennel Cough (you will need to ask your vet for a Bordetella shot – most do not include it in their usual round of shots and we do require it.).

FOR DAY SCHOOL: 

• K9to5 requires documentation of a negative fecal sample and health clearance from your vet (stating that they are healthy to participate) before starting school. 
• K9to5 also need proof of current vaccinations from your vet 
• As well as provide any updated vaccination records throughout your pup’s time in day school, which you can upload to our site.
